Stephen Dixon

Coach Stephen Dixon is a mentor, coach and motivator to help his athletes become the best versions of themselves. Coach Dixon programs strength training, speed & agility work, and mobility work for College, High School and Youth athletes looking to maximize their full potential. He takes pride in his relationships with his athletes and their families as he knows that the commitment and dedication to succeed is truly a team effort. He is training and has developed programs for athletes who are playing or committed to Colleges such as Princeton, USC, Davidson, UCSD among others. 

Coach Dixon as a High School coach has won 2 CIF championships in Football, 1 California Southern Regional Championship in both football and basketball, and 1 State Championship in Basketball. As an 8 year sports coach, he also proudly coached High School Track & Field as well as youth football and basketball. 

When he is not training, Coach Dixon and his wife Chamille enjoy exploring new restaurants and spending time at with family and friends as well as serving at their Church. 

 

JEremiah Wallace

Jeremiah is a certified Health Coach / NASM Group/Personal Trainer.

He has coached and trained individuals between the age ranges of twelve and seventy-four over a period of seven years. Jeremiah is committed to individuals achieving improvement in both mind and body as they pursue their goals. He has assisted his clients in losing upwards of fifty pounds, others improving significantly in their agility, strength and conditioning, as well as experiencing renewal in their thinking and behavior. Jeremiah also enjoys very short walks on the beach!
